We have a 2200 square foot studio specializing in weight 
loss, lean muscle gain & injury exercise. 

We offer 9 fitness classes a week, at various levels:





Monday - 8 am FitMax Class - Medium-Advanced Level
Monday - 9 am FunctionFit Class - Intermediate Level
Monday - 5 pm Black Ice Class - Tough Level

Tuesday - 5 PM Black Ice Class - Tough Level

Wednesday - 9 am FunctionFit Class - Intermediate Level
Wednesday - 10 am FitMax Class - Medium-Advanced

Thursday - 10 am FitMax Class - Medium-Advanced Level

Friday - 9 am FunctionFit - Intermediate Level
Friday - 10 am FitMax Class - Medium-Advanced Level
